Gaming alone doesn’t have to feel alone anymore.

We’re building GlazeBot — a desktop app where AI characters watch your screen and commentate on your gameplay in real time. Not generic AI assistant commentary. Characters with actual personalities, actual voices, and actual opinions about your terrible decision-making.

How it works #

You open booster packs. Inside are AI-generated characters — each with a unique personality, voice, and commentary style. You pick up to three for your party, launch any game, and they start talking.

They see your screen through Vision AI. They react to what’s happening. They argue with each other. They remember your failures from last week and bring them up at the worst possible time.

The characters aren’t scripted #

Every character is procedurally generated with personality traits that shape how they commentate:

The characters have real synthesized voices — not text-to-speech monotone. Hype screams. Sage whispers. Mort sighs like the weight of the universe is on his shoulders.

What makes this different from a chatbot #

GlazeBot characters don’t just respond to what you type. They see your screen and react to what’s happening without being asked. They have opinions about your build path in Slay the Spire. They notice when you’re low on health and start panicking before you do.

They also have behaviors that make them feel alive:

When can I try it? #

We’ll be sharing more about the characters, the tech, and the chaos on this blog. Stay tuned.
